The October Social was held at the Yankton Area Chamber Offices with Eric Wollan, Compliance Safety & Health Officer, and Sheila Stanley, Area Director, both of the Sioux Falls OSHA office.  Their presentation was centered around giving our contractors some insight into what OSHA looks for and how their process works.

Free Safety & Health Check-up from SDSU Extension OSHA Consultation – This is a free service to South Dakota Businesses and is conducted by professional health and safety consultants and funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.  It is a strictly confidential consultation and no fines or citations are given.  It’s like having your own safety consultant on staff, without the cost!  Find more information HERE
