The 2024 Lewis & Clark Home Builders Home Show will be held March 9th & 10th of 2024.

We do have new Booth information and options for both Members and Non-Members to have manned or unmanned booths. Please read more about that below on the New Booth Options Tab. The options are also reflected on your registration forms.

Please fill out a registration form and pay online to get your spot! You can also print the form and mail a check if you would prefer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

NEW BOOTH OPTIONS - PLEASE READ!

New booth spaces are being offered as alternatives to fully staffed booths to accommodate the variety of businesses related to home building in our community. All new options provide flexibility.

Booth Options for Every Business Model

If your company thrives on face-to-face interactions to discuss all the options and services you provide to the community choose to staff your booth for the full show hours.

Are you pressed for time on weekends but could spend half of the show hours interacting with a crowd? You can choose to partially staff your booth.

Sometimes the options are limited and your business might be straightforward and self explanatory. Choose a showcase booth with your contact information and website prominently displayed to maintain a presence in Yankton.

During registration is when you will provide information on how your booth will be manned or not manned or partially manned. Pricing is reflective of your choices.

Booth Locations

Booths will be laid out the week before the home show as follows:

Fully manned booth spaces closest to West entrance.
Partially manned booths will be centered in layout.
Unmanned booths will be on the East end.

Setup & Teardown

Set up for all booths will be Friday, March 8, from noon – 7:00 pm. Tear down for all booths is following show hours Sunday, March 10th at 4:00pm – 7:00pm or Monday, March 11th at 8:00am – 10:00am

General Information

Registration forms must be accompanied by a check for the full amount of booth rental.
Booth Confirmation will be sent to exhibitors about 2 weeks prior to the show, via e-mail.
Booth Setup is scheduled from Noon to 7:00pm on Friday, the day before actual home show. NO SETUP BEFORE NOON. Exhibitors MUST register with Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association booth prior to setting up their booth. Booth Registration will be in the back entrance of the Archery Center ONLY! Please follow Vendor Signs. Those exhibitors who have not turned in certificates of proof of insurance will not be allowed to set up their booth without the certificate. No exceptions and no refunds of booth rental.
Booth during show – We are now offering options for Manned and Unmanned booths to accommodate those that cannot get those booths staffed. You will need to indicate the % of time your booth will be manned/unmanned during registration. Please adhere as close as possible to the times you indicated you can man your booth. LCHBA is not responsible for damaged or stolen booth items whether the booth is manned or unmanned.
Incoming Items – No exhibitor may ship items via commercial carrier to the NFAA Easton Archery Complex prior to or during the show.
Insurance – Exhibitor must provide certificate of insurance naming the Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association as an additional insured. Exhibitor’s Registration Form will not be processed without this document. Exhibitor shall present proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 as will protect exhibitor from claims which may arise out of or result from the activities of the exhibitor.
Exhibitor Entrance and parking will be on the South side of the NFAA Easton Archery Complex. This area is to be used by all exhibitors for parking and the designated entrance is to be used before, during, and after the show. Any exhibitor equipment that is not parked in the designated parking area may be subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. *Please Note: These conditions are set so that all booth exhibitors receive the same fair exposure to the public.
Exhibit Removal All exhibitor booths must remain up and manned according to your selection, until 4:00pm on Sunday. Failure to do so may result in denial of future booth rentals. Booth Tear Down and removal of exhibitors’ items can be done on Sunday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm or Monday from 8:00am to 10:00am. Please indicate when you will be tearing your booth down on the registration form.
WAVIER OF LIABILITY – CONTRACTOR agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NFAA Easton Archery Complex, each of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, insurers and agents from any and all demands, claims, suits, actions or liabilities resulting from injuries or death to any persons, or damage or loss of any property prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this agreement arising from any activity undertaken by the Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association or by the NFAA Easton Archery Complex or their employees or agents in performance of any terms, conditions, or promises under this agreement for the use of facilities leased or services obligated hereunder, except with respect to any such demand, claim, suit, action or liability proven to be due solely to the willful act of the NFAA Easton Archery Complex for which the NFAA Easton Archery Complex similarly agrees to indemnify the Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association. No claim or litigation shall be settled without prior approval of the NFAA Easton Archery Complex.

CONTRACTOR agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NFAA Easton Archery Complex, each of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, insurers and agents from any and all demands, claims, suits, actions or liabilities resulting from injuries or death to any persons, or damage or loss of any property prior to, during, or subsequent to the period covered by this agreement arising from any activity undertaken by the Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association or by the NFAA Easton Archery Complex or their employees or agents in performance of any terms, conditions, or promises under this agreement for the use of facilities leased or services obligated hereunder, except with respect to any such demand, claim, suit, action or liability proven to be due solely to the willful act of the NFAA Easton Archery Complex for which the NFAA Easton Archery Complex similarly agrees to indemnify the Lewis & Clark Home Builders Association. No claim or litigation shall be settled without prior approval of the NFAA Easton Archery Complex.

I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I choose to give up substantial rights by agreeing, and do so voluntarily without any coercion.
